Status: Pre-Launch Alpha Testing
Effective Date: October 30, 2026
Website: https://tencardsrummy.com
Support: 10cardsrummy@tuta.io

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, starting a Practice game, entering a tournament, or otherwise using the services of 10 Cards Rummy after being presented with these conditions, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Tournament Rules.

Users also acknowledge that they have been provided access to the Privacy Policy, which explains how their personal information is handled.

It is each user's responsibility to read and understand these documents before registering, playing, or participating.

All participation is voluntary and subject to the conditions established by 10 Cards Rummy.

Users acknowledge that online games and tournaments may experience technical interruptions, software errors, server failures, cancellations, or other unexpected difficulties.

By participating, users accept the ordinary risks associated with these activities, subject to the limitations of liability described in Section 10 and applicable law.

Any person who does not accept these Terms & Conditions must refrain from registering, playing Practice games, entering tournaments, or otherwise using the platform.

2. Age and Legal Eligibility

10 Cards Rummy is a skill-based card game platform intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older.

By accessing or using the platform, including free Practice games, tournaments, and Community Chat, users confirm that they are at least 18 years old, or meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law.

Users are responsible for determining whether accessing the platform and participating in its tournaments is permitted under the laws and regulations of their country, state, or jurisdiction of residence and their physical location.

By participating, users confirm that their participation is lawful and that they agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Participation is prohibited wherever restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

10 Cards Rummy reserves the right to restrict access or disqualify participants who fail to meet these eligibility requirements, subject to applicable law.

No birth certificate or identity document is required for ordinary access to the platform.

3. Player Accounts and Registration

3.1 Free Practice

Visitors may play free Practice games without creating an account or registering for a tournament.

3.2 Usernames and Email Addresses

Usernames must contain between 3 and 8 characters, using only letters (A–Z) and numbers (0–9). Usernames are displayed in lowercase.

Where registration requires an email address, users must provide a valid email address.

Usernames may appear publicly on leaderboards and in Community Chat. Email addresses are not publicly displayed.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each participant may maintain only one player account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate rankings, or circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

3.4 Tournament Entry

Creating an account does not automatically register a player for a tournament. Players must explicitly select ENTER TOURNAMENT to participate in the applicable competition.

3.5 Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must not intentionally permit unauthorized use.

10 Cards Rummy reserves the right to investigate suspected account abuse and, where justified, suspend or restrict accounts or disqualify participants, subject to applicable law and fair review.

4. Free Alpha Tournaments

4.1 Free Participation

10 Cards Rummy offers free Alpha tournaments to eligible participants.

No entry fee, purchase, subscription, or financial deposit is required to participate.

4.2 Voluntary Participation

Participation in tournaments is entirely voluntary. Registering an account does not obligate a player to enter any tournament.

4.3 Pre-Launch Alpha Testing Phase

10 Cards Rummy is currently operating in a pre-launch Alpha testing phase. Its regular tournament program has not yet officially launched.

All tournaments organized during this phase are free testing competitions designed primarily to evaluate, develop, and improve the platform under real playing conditions.

Participants acknowledge and understand that they are participating in an experimental testing environment, not the officially launched regular tournament program.

The purpose of these events includes identifying technical problems, testing gameplay, evaluating scoring and leaderboard accuracy, verifying tournament operations, and improving the overall player experience.

Technical errors, interruptions, and unexpected difficulties may occur during this testing phase and are subject to the provisions of Section 10.

4.4 Player Feedback and Contributions

By participating in free Alpha tournaments, players contribute to the development and improvement of 10 Cards Rummy through their gameplay and experience.

Players are encouraged to report bugs, technical difficulties, gameplay problems, and suggestions for improvement through the platform's Community Chat, including the FEEDBACK & IDEAS section.

Providing written feedback is voluntary and is not a condition for receiving an otherwise valid tournament prize.

4.5 Tournament Announcements

Each tournament's specific conditions, including minimum participants, schedule, duration, and any available prizes, will be published on the platform.

4.6 Official Launch and Future Tournaments

The conclusion of the Alpha testing phase and the official launch of regular tournaments will be announced separately by 10 Cards Rummy.

Future tournament formats may be introduced subject to applicable laws and separately published terms.

Any future paid-entry competitions will require their own applicable rules and legal conditions.

5. Tournament Operation and Scheduling

5.1 Official Tournament Time

All tournament schedules are based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

5.2 Tournament Start and Duration

Every regular tournament begins at 12:00 UTC and runs for 24 consecutive hours, ending at 12:00 UTC the following day.

5.3 Minimum Participants

Each tournament will have a published minimum number of participants required before it can begin.

Once the minimum number is reached, the tournament will be scheduled to begin at the next 12:00 UTC.

If the minimum has not been reached, the tournament remains in waiting status until the requirement is fulfilled.

5.4 Tournament Registration

Eligible registered players may voluntarily enter a tournament using the ENTER TOURNAMENT button.

Tournament registration remains open after the minimum number of participants is reached, subject to the published tournament rules.

5.5 Official Tournament Clock

The server's official UTC time determines tournament start and end times. A player's local device clock does not determine tournament timing.

5.6 Tournament Completion

No new games may begin after the official tournament ending time.

Games already in progress may qualify for the maximum five-minute grace period described in the tournament scoring and verification rules.

Tournament interruptions and cancellations are governed by Section 10 of these Terms.

6. Tournament Scoring and Winner Verification

6.1 Unlimited Games

Players may play an unlimited number of games during an active tournament, subject to the tournament schedule and fair-play rules.

6.2 Best Score

Each player's tournament ranking is determined by their best valid, completed game score during that tournament.

The lowest score ranks highest. Playing additional games does not erase a player's previously achieved best score.

6.3 Tied Scores

When two or more players achieve the same best score, the player who most recently achieved that score receives the higher ranking.

A player who achieves the same score again may therefore move ahead of another player with that score.

6.4 Live Leaderboard

Tournament rankings may change throughout the competition. The live leaderboard displays provisional results and does not guarantee final placement or prizes.

6.5 Tournament Ending and Grace Period

At the official tournament ending time, no new games may begin.

Games legitimately in progress at that moment may continue for a maximum of five additional minutes.

If all eligible games finish earlier, the tournament may be finalized immediately without waiting for the full five minutes.

Any eligible game remaining unfinished after the grace deadline will be closed and will not count as a completed game.

6.6 Winner Verification

All final tournament results are subject to server-side verification to confirm valid gameplay, accurate scoring, and compliance with tournament rules.

Only verified results determine the official winners.

6.7 Final Results

Once verification is completed, the official leaderboard will be finalized and archived.

10 Cards Rummy reserves the right to correct proven scoring errors or disqualify fraudulent results based on available evidence and applicable rules.

Final winners will be officially announced after verification.

7. Tournament Prizes and Payments

7.1 Prize Announcements

10 Cards Rummy may offer prizes in selected tournaments. The applicable prize amounts, winning positions, and any special conditions will be announced on the platform before each tournament begins.

Prize amounts and structures may vary between tournaments and are determined at the operator's discretion.

7.2 Free Alpha Testing Prizes

During the pre-launch Alpha testing phase, 10 Cards Rummy may award prizes to eligible participants in its free testing tournaments.

These prizes are offered to encourage participation in testing and improving the platform. They do not represent the official launch of the regular tournament program.

No entry fee, purchase, subscription, or deposit is required.

Prize amounts are not fixed and may differ from one Alpha tournament to another.

The operator reserves the right to determine and modify prize amounts before each tournament begins. The final prize structure will be displayed on the platform before the tournament starts.

7.3 Prize Eligibility

Prizes are awarded only to eligible participants whose final tournament results have been officially verified.

Provisional leaderboard rankings do not guarantee entitlement to a prize.

7.4 Prize Payments

Verified winners will be contacted using their registered contact information or another officially supported communication method.

The applicable payment method and any relevant conditions will be communicated before the tournament begins.

Winners are responsible for providing the information reasonably necessary to receive their prizes.

7.5 Prize Verification and Payment Processing Time

Prize payments are not immediate.

Participants acknowledge that 10 Cards Rummy may require a processing period of at least 48 hours following the official conclusion of a tournament to complete administrative checks and arrange prize payments.

Official winner verification and announcements may take place before this payment-processing period has elapsed.

Payments will be arranged within a reasonable time after the necessary checks have been completed. Additional processing time may be required due to payment-provider procedures, security reviews, eligibility verification, or other legitimate circumstances.

10 Cards Rummy will make reasonable efforts to inform affected winners of significant payment delays and comply with any mandatory payment deadlines under applicable law.

7.6 Taxes and Transaction Fees

Winners are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations applicable to their prizes under their local laws.

Any applicable payment transaction fees will be disclosed before payment.

7.7 Fraud and Disqualification

10 Cards Rummy reserves the right to withhold prizes where there is substantiated evidence of cheating, account manipulation, fraudulent activity, or violation of tournament eligibility requirements, subject to applicable law.

7.8 Tournament Cancellation

If a tournament is suspended, postponed, or cancelled, the provisions of Section 10 and the applicable published tournament rules will govern the handling of results and prizes.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

8.1 Fair Competition

10 Cards Rummy is a skill-based card game platform. All tournament participants are expected to compete honestly and follow the published game and tournament rules.

10 Cards Rummy welcomes both human players and AI-powered participants. The use of artificial intelligence to make legitimate gameplay decisions is not, by itself, considered cheating.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

8.3 AI Agent Participation

10 Cards Rummy welcomes AI agents capable of playing the game according to its established rules.

The platform may organize tournaments for human players, AI agents, or both. Any specific eligibility requirements or participation restrictions will be announced before the relevant tournament begins.

For tournaments operated directly by 10 Cards Rummy, an individual who registers and enters an AI agent they have developed or operate is considered the registered participant responsible for that agent's conduct.

Any prize earned through that agent's legitimate gameplay will be awarded to the registered participant, subject to eligibility, winner verification, and the applicable tournament rules.

AI agents must comply with the same applicable gameplay, scoring, security, and fair-play requirements as other participants.

Participation through separate AI-agent environments, including Midnight City, may be governed by separate arrangements and tournament conditions.

8.4 Gameplay Verification

10 Cards Rummy reserves the right to review relevant gameplay records, investigate suspicious activity, and verify tournament results using reasonable technical measures.

8.5 Violations and Disqualification

Where violations are reasonably established, 10 Cards Rummy may take appropriate action, including invalidating affected games, correcting rankings, disqualifying participants, withholding prizes where justified, or suspending or terminating accounts.

Such decisions will be based on available evidence, the applicable tournament rules, and relevant legal requirements.

8.6 Reporting Problems

Players are encouraged to report suspected cheating, security vulnerabilities, or unfair gameplay through the platform's official support channels.

Reports will be reviewed as reasonably appropriate, but 10 Cards Rummy does not guarantee that every report will result in action.

9. Community Chat and User Conduct

9.1 Community Chat

10 Cards Rummy provides Community Chat facilities where users may communicate, ask questions, report problems, and exchange feedback.

Visitors may read publicly available Community Chat messages without registering. Posting messages is subject to the platform's account and access requirements.

9.2 Acceptable Conduct

Users must communicate respectfully and must not post:

9.3 Responsibility for Messages

Users are responsible for the content they publish.

Opinions, statements, and information posted by users do not necessarily represent the views of 10 Cards Rummy or its operator.

9.4 Moderation Rights

10 Cards Rummy reserves the right to review, edit where appropriate, hide, or remove messages that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

The operator may also temporarily or permanently restrict posting privileges or suspend accounts when reasonably justified.

9.5 Alpha Testing Feedback

Participants are encouraged to use the FEEDBACK & IDEAS and QUESTIONS & HELP areas to report technical problems and suggest improvements during Alpha testing.

Providing feedback is voluntary and does not affect eligibility for tournament prizes.

9.6 Official Tournament Announcements — Fireside Chat

Fireside Chat is the designated Community Chat area for official tournament announcements issued by 10 Cards Rummy.

These announcements may include changes in the live first-place ranking (Rank 1), officially verified tournament winners, and other important tournament information.

The live leaderboard operates separately and does not require every ranking update to be announced in Community Chat.

Only announcements issued through authorized platform systems or administrator accounts are considered official.

9.7 Availability and Moderation

Community Chat is provided as part of the platform's services and may be interrupted, modified, or temporarily unavailable.

10 Cards Rummy does not guarantee continuous moderation or the accuracy of user-generated content. Nothing in this provision excludes obligations imposed by applicable law.

10. Service Availability, Technical Failures, Force Majeure and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Provided "As Is"

10 Cards Rummy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation.

10.2 Technical Interruptions

Users acknowledge that online games and tournaments may be affected by server failures, hosting interruptions, internet connectivity problems, software errors, maintenance, cyberattacks, or other technical difficulties beyond the reasonable control of the operator.

10.3 Right to Suspend, Modify or Cancel Tournaments

10 Cards Rummy reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to suspend, postpone, modify, restart, or cancel any tournament, including tournaments already in progress, for technical, operational, security, legal, fairness-related, business, or other legitimate reasons.

Such decisions may be made whenever reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its participants, or the integrity and continued operation of the service.

10.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10 Cards Rummy and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses arising from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, lost gameplay progress, connection failures, tournament changes or cancellations, or inability to participate in a tournament.

Users acknowledge that participation in a tournament does not guarantee a winning result, prize, or uninterrupted opportunity to compete.

10.5 No Guarantee of Continuous Service

10 Cards Rummy does not guarantee that its website, games, tournaments, or Community Chat will remain available at all times.

10.6 Legal Limitations

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or removes any mandatory rights or remedies available to users under applicable law.

10.7 Force Majeure

10 Cards Rummy and its operator shall not be responsible, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Such events may include, without limitation, natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, government restrictions, epidemics, power failures, widespread internet or telecommunications outages, third-party infrastructure failures, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond the operator's reasonable control.

In such circumstances, 10 Cards Rummy may suspend, postpone, modify, or cancel affected services or tournaments without liability for resulting indirect or consequential losses, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10.8 Tournament Results Following Cancellation

If a tournament is cancelled before final results have been verified, provisional leaderboard positions do not establish an automatic entitlement to a prize.

Any outstanding prize obligations will be addressed in accordance with the published tournament rules and applicable law.

10.9 Application

The provisions of this Section apply during Alpha testing and all subsequent stages of platform operation.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 Privacy Policy

10 Cards Rummy respects the privacy of its users. The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are described in the platform's separate Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, users acknowledge that their personal information will be processed as described in that policy.

11.2 Limited Data Collection

10 Cards Rummy aims to collect only information reasonably necessary for account management, gameplay, tournament administration, security, prize distribution, and operation of the platform.

11.3 Public Information

Registered usernames, tournament rankings, scores, and messages voluntarily posted in public Community Chat areas may be visible to other users.

Email addresses and private account information are not intended for public display.

11.4 No Sale of Personal Information

10 Cards Rummy will never sell, rent, trade, or provide users' private personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for their independent marketing or commercial purposes.

Personal information will only be disclosed where reasonably necessary to operate the platform, provide requested services, process prize payments, protect security, comply with legal obligations, or where the user has expressly authorized the disclosure.

Any such disclosures will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Privacy Policy.

11.5 Security

10 Cards Rummy takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

11.6 Third-Party Services

Certain platform functions may depend on third-party infrastructure or services, including hosting providers, Telegram, and payment providers.

Relevant data-handling arrangements will be described in the Privacy Policy where applicable.

11.7 Privacy Questions

Users may contact 10 Cards Rummy regarding privacy-related questions or requests at:

10cardsrummy@tuta.io

Requests concerning personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

12. Final Legal Provisions

12.1 Changes to Terms & Conditions

10 Cards Rummy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions for legitimate operational, technical, security, business, or legal reasons.

Updated Terms will be published on the platform, with their effective date. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable notice, and renewed acceptance will be requested where required by applicable law.

Changes will not retroactively remove prizes legitimately earned or alter published tournament prize commitments, except where permitted by applicable law and the established tournament rules.

12.2 Platform Development

10 Cards Rummy reserves the right to improve, modify, expand, suspend, or permanently discontinue platform features, games, tournaments, Community Chat, or the platform itself for legitimate operational, business, technical, security, or legal reasons.

The platform may introduce new features, including AI-agent competitions and additional tournament formats, subject to applicable laws and published conditions.

12.3 Intellectual Property

The 10 Cards Rummy website, software, original graphics, designs, branding, and other proprietary platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not unlawfully reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected platform materials without appropriate authorization.

12.4 Acceptance and Tournament Cancellation Rights

Before completing registration or starting an unregistered Practice session for the first time, users will be presented with a confirmation that makes the applicable Terms & Conditions and Tournament Rules accessible and acknowledges the Privacy Policy.

By confirming and proceeding with registration or gameplay, users accept the applicable contractual conditions.

Practice confirmation may be remembered by the user's browser to avoid repeated interruptions. Registered users may have their acceptance recorded with their accounts.

By participating, users acknowledge that 10 Cards Rummy reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, postpone, restart, modify, or cancel any tournament, including one already in progress, for legitimate technical, operational, business, security, legal, fairness-related, or force majeure reasons.

Users understand that participation does not guarantee uninterrupted gameplay, tournament completion, a particular ranking, or an opportunity to win a prize.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cancellation or interruption does not, by itself, entitle users to compensation for lost gameplay opportunities, anticipated winnings, or other indirect or speculative losses.

These provisions operate together with Section 10.

Users who do not accept the conditions must refrain from using the platform.

12.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

12.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable published Tournament Rules and any additional conditions expressly accepted for a particular competition, establish the contractual conditions governing use of the platform.

The separate Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
